Recently I wrote President Trump to investigate the cloud seeding in the Nevada budget and explained we have had record length of time with no rain and that it may be a good place to investigate fraud. Now it turns out that 4.4 BILLION in funding to Nevada from US AID for cloud seeding has been found and much of this may be money laundering.
