My opponent voted for AB 28 which passed in the 2021 legislature.  The problem is that the legislation violates the US Constitution Article 4 section 2 equal protection clause by denying out of state citizens the same privileges and immunities afforded in state Nevada citizens. It drives up the taxpayer’s costs in the contracts procurements process by the illegal discrimination against out of state bidders for contracts.
